In the case of one of the following, applicant may qualify by having the lease guaranteed by a guarantor, or by paying an additional deposit equal to one month's rent.
Guarantors must have a minimum gross monthly income of 5 times the entire monthly rent and must meet all other qualifying criteria. The Guarantor must complete and sign the lease agreement and the guarantor agreement. Guarantor must be aware that they are guaranteeing the entire lease agreement regardless of the number of people listed on the lease agreement.
MANAGER MUST APPROVE IN WRITING ANY DEVIATION FROM THE ABOVE GUIDELINES.

The resident criteria is a guideline, which enables management to accept a prospective resident who is credit worthy and does not have a criminal background. This rental criteria does not insure that all individuals residing on or visiting the community conform to these guidelines.
